SHIPPING
As everyone works to keep safe due to COVID19 you may experience shipping delays, thank you for your patience.
Domestic Orders
Once your order is placed and received by our warehouse, your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. If you place an order after 12pm EST on a Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday. Your package will arrive within 1-2 days after it leaves our warehouse for East Coast orders and within 3-5 days for West Coast orders. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays and holiday weekends.
For quicker delivery, please use UPS Next Day and 2nd Day shipping services. Please note, express shipping is from when the order leaves our warehouse, and not from when your order is placed. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is in route.
We are only able to ship to P.O. boxes through USPS shipping services.
International Orders

Please note that orders may take additional processing time up to 2 business days after the order is placed.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any purchase made at Rahua.com, you may return any item (excluding all travel and mini size products), within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges when applicable. Any products not purchased at Rahua.com should be returned to original point of purchase. Refunds are applied to the original form of payment used for purchase.
To return an item, please email customercare@rahua.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain the return address. With retrieval of return address please repack the item in its original packaging if possible and ship via insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.
Amazon Beauty is not responsible for return items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, we will provide a prepaid return label. If an item is missing from your order, please reach out to us right away and we will send out a replacement.
All sales are final on travel and mini size products.
